Vania Holt is the founder and Principal Solicitor of Vania Holt Legal. She has lived in the Hunter and Central Coast regions for most of her life and loves it and the people. She wants to help businesses, and people, achieve their best (legally)! She started her legal career in a mid-size law firm in Newcastle working on business and government law, conveyancing, property matters and personal law such as family law, and wills and estates.
Vania then moved to the Director of Public Prosecutions where she was a prosecutor for serious criminal offences. Vania has appeared in the state courts, such as, Local and District Courts of Australia and federal or Commonwealth Courts, such as the Federal and Family Court of Australia. There is not much that court can throw up that Vania cannot handle. While working at the DPP, Vania started a PhD in law – which she finished in 2020.
With strong court and litigation experience combined with the highest form of academic research in law, Vania is a formidable opponent.

Amy is a solicitor at Vania Holt Legal. She completed a Juris Doctor/Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice in 2021, graduating with Distinction, and was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in 2022.
She has previously worked at the Aboriginal Legal Service and the University of Newcastle’s Older Persons Legal Centre, and has made submissions to the NSW Sentencing Council, the Royal Commission into Aged Care Quality and Safety and the United Nations. Amy also holds a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of New South Wales.
